Entry Form for the Alley Art Festival Youth Art Show June 11

This will be a juried art show for students up to 12th grade.  First Place prize is $300, Second Place is $150, and Third Place is $50.

  • You may enter one to three works of art; please submit an entry for each work.
  • Your work should be ready to hang or stand on a table if it is 3D.
  • You will be contacted with instructions about when and where to bring your work for display.
  • Submission deadline has been extended to June 8, 2022.
